Calgary Pride 2025
This 3" round sticker was commissioned by the team at Calgary Pride for the 2025 pride parade and festival. The design has not yet been publicly released, but will be for sale at the Pride celebrations and featured on their social media by late August 2025.
The Brief for this illustration was "was does Calgary Pride mean to you as a queer artist?" I decided to focus on Calgary's natural beauty and the fragility of the queer pride movement, as well as the kindness and openness needed to sustain its goals. I decided to utilise a butterfly and hand as a means of exploring that fragility and kindness, while also subtly referencing Calgary's natural beauty that so many queer people enjoy.

City of Calgary Arts Development
These illustrations were created in partnership with the City of Calgary Arts Development as a part of their construction beautification program. The illustrations have been printed on large-sized (10 ft+) scrim barriers and are located around local businesses in high construction areas. The illustrations are intended to help mask noise and dust from ongoing road work, and feature historic buildings in the Beltline, Inglewood, and Marda Loop neighbourhoods.

Cardiac Theatre Posters
I completed this poster series and visual identity for Cardiac Theatre in Edmonton for their show "Kaldrsaga." The poster combines queer identity, cow-folk culture, and Norse Mythology, to capture the play's main themes. Various social media graphics for promotion were also created, all with the shows jewel-toned palette.

BUMP 2025
These two floral themed road barriers were completed as a special add-on to the BUMP 2025 Roadworks cohort. They were first utilised at the 2025 G7 conference in Kananaskis, and are now (summer 2025) viewable on Stephen Avenue near the John Fluevog Shoe store.

Lunchbox Theatre Season Artwork
I was given the opportunity to complete the season artwork for Lunchbox Theatre for the 2024/25 season. The aim for this project was to bring together fun colours and a retro feel to celebrate the theatre's 50th anniversary season.

BUMP 2024
These road barrier murals were painted in May 2024 as a part of the Beltline Urban Muralworks Project (BUMP) Roadworks Program. My murals strove to present colourful, playful images of stereotypically "unlikeable" animals in my hometown of Calgary, AB, and included Magpies, Skunks, Squirrels, and Jack Rabbits. The barriers are currently viewable alongside the roads in Inglewood and on the road behind the Calgary Zoo (Summer 2025).

Award Winning International Women's Day 2021 Series
This series was created in 2021 and later added to in 2023, and features women from history whom I admire and quotations attributed to them. This collection won a student illustration award with Applied Arts Magazine in 2021.

Illustration
Although I love lettering, I also love traditional non-word filled illustration. Take a look at some of the things I've drawn.
(Ok, a lot of them still have words. Sorry!)

Lettering
This is where it all started; I've been "lettering" in some form since before I can remember. Take a look at some samples.

36 Days of Type 2023
Every year, the account @36daysoftype on Instagram runs a 36 day long challenge for artists to design their own alphabet plus the numbers 0-9. in 2023 I worked with a limited colour palette and tried to make each letter be inspired by the first thing I could think of which began with that letter.

Beer Label Commission
These beer labels were created for the Calgary Lawn Bowling Club's winning team "the inyourendos" in 2023 and the "Lawn Mowers" in 2024. These beer label combine expressive typography and mischievous illustration to capture the teams' fun-loving spirits. These beers were produced in conjunction with Field and Forge Brewery in Calgary.

A Barrel of Oranges Podcast
I designed this podcast album cover in 2022 for the podcast "A Barrel of Oranges." The podcast covers all things about the HBO show "Our Flag Means Death" and pirate history.
